We utilize billing companies to help streamline the insurance process. Depending on insurance we use Grow Therapy or Headway. 

We currently accept the following insurances: Aetna , Ambetter, Baycare EAP, BCBS,Cigna, Cigna EAP, Humana, Humana Medicare, Medicare, Oxford, Oscar Health, Optum, Optum EAP, United Health Care

A sliding scale is offered as well for self-pay,  please inquire within. 

If we do not accept your insurance but would like to be reimbursed, we would be happy to provide you with a superbill.  We cannot guarantee reimbursement and encourage you to call your insurance provider to confirm if your policy covers reimbursement.  Please email all superbill requests to Centerofresiliencellc@gmail.com.
