We utilize billing companies to help streamline the insurance process. Depending on insurance we use Grow Therapy or Headway. 

We currently accept the following insurances: Aetna , Aetna Medicare Advantage, Ambetter, Ascencion Health (SmartHealth), Baycare EAP, BCBS, CarelonBehavioral Health, Cigna, Cigna EAP, Devoted Health, Health Network, Medicaid Advantage, Healthfirst NY, Humana, Humana Medicare Advantage, Medicare, Oxford, Oscar Health, Optum, Optum EAP, Tricare for Life, United Health Care and VA Community Care Network (CCN). 

                                            A sliding scale is offered as well for self-pay,  please inquire within. 

If we do not accept your insurance but would like to be reimbursed, we would be happy to provide you with a superbill.  We cannot guarantee reimbursement and encourage you to call your insurance provider to confirm if your policy covers reimbursement.  Please email all superbill requests to office@centerofresilience.org
