Your privacy has always been a top priority in this practice. Beginning February 16, 2026, federal law requires an update to our Notice of Privacy Practices (NPP) to provide more information about how we protect Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment information.
If you receive support related to substance use, your records are protected by both HIPAA and additional federal confidentiality laws that offer extra safeguards.
